THAI FRIED BANANA

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 4 large bananas
- 4 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 4 tablespoon lime juice
- plain or vanilla yogurt to serve with

Steps:
1. Heat butter in a frying pan or wok.
2. Fry the bananas 1-2 minutes per side; they should be lightly golden in color.
3. Sprinkle sugar into pan with bananas.
4. Add lime juice and cook stirring until dissolved.
5. Serve with yogurt if desired.

Ingredients :

- Mix all the fruit together
- Grind chilies and salt
- Add brown sugar
- Add dry roasted peanuts and grind completely
- Pour some tamarind liquid
- Mix the sauce and the fruits together
- Serve on a plate
