THAI FRIED BANANA

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 4 large bananas
- 4 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 4 tablespoon lime juice
- plain or vanilla yogurt to serve with

Steps:
1. Heat butter in a frying pan or wok.
2. Fry the bananas 1-2 minutes per side; they should be lightly golden in color.
3. Sprinkle sugar into pan with bananas.
4. Add lime juice and cook stirring until dissolved.

HOW TO TREAT A BURN USING HONEY
Things you need :
           - honey
           - gauze or crepe bandage
           - thin plastic bags
Steps :
1. Cool the burned area down as rapidly as possible,to stop the flesh from swelling any further. Use cold,    
    running water and cool it to a comfortable level; do not apply ice and freeze it.
